To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Marlins Ballpark has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy

Marlins Ballpark is proud to offer the following ADA-compliant accommodations

  • Accessible seating with up to 3 companion seats nearby
  • Accessible parking in all four parking garages and four surface parking lots
  • Assistive listening devices available at guest services with a valid form of ID
  • Closed captioning is available at each end of the ribbon display board located on the
  • Legends Level, directly below Sections 201 and 228.
  • Restrooms for ADA-needs are available throughout the venue
  • Wheelchair request and assistance is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Aisles/Stairs policy

Sitting or standing in the aisles or stairs is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons.

Arrival Policy

For concerts and certain special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait in the halls until an appropriate break period arrives. To avoid frustrations, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than 12 x 12 are not allowed in the venue. All bags are subject to search by event staff.

Banner Policy

Guests are permitted to bring and display banners inside Marlins Park as long as they do not:

  • Exceed 3’x5′ in size
  • Contain wood, metal or other inflexible materials; light and flexible materials ONLY
  • Interfere with the game or other guests’ enjoyment of the game
  • Obstruct existing ballpark signage
  • Contain any language that is: 
    • Commercial – signage/ads about personal businesses or other commercial entities not associated with the Marlins organization
    • Political – statements regarding political affiliation, social and economic matters or other statements that undermine civil liberties 
    • Obscene – NOfoul language or disrespectful statementsAttach signs and/or banners to any Marlins Park wall, structure or pole of any sort
  • Parade through any part of Marlins Park; maybe displayed between innings ONLY

Guests will be allowed to bring a banner larger than 3’x5′ in size on Special Event days if deemed appropriate by Marlins Park staff. Permitted banners MUST be baseball-related.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, The venue will attempt to contact ticket holders as soon as possible. Please call the venue at 305-480-1300 if your event is canceled or rescheduled for information on refunds.

Food and beverage policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue. Stay refreshed by checking out the concessions stands located throughout the venue.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can check-in at the guest services office to see if anything has been returned. You can also email 305-480-1300 after the game or show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

Marlins Ballpark does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

To keep guests and staff safe, Marlins Ballpark prohibits the following items from the venue. If a prohibited item is found during a search, it may be disposed of or returned to the owner’s vehicle.

  • Weapons
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Outside beverages, food, or alcohol
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment
  • Backpacks
  • Video or Audio recorders
  • Laser Pointers
  • Strollers

The venue reserves the right to prohibit other items

Smoking Policy

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance.
